Persons under the age of 21 are expressly prohibited from registering an account or placing any wager on the Platform. pkr38 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any user at any time.
3.2 One Account Per User. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active pkr38 account at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where pkr38 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, pkr38 reserves the right to merge or close such accounts, void any associated winnings, and forfeit any bonus funds held therein.
3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Any information you provide that is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with the forfeiture of any funds held within it.
3.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the pkr38 Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. pkr38 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction outside of those in which it is licensed to operate.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr38 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pkr38 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your pkr38 account, you must notify pkr38 immediately by contacting our support team. pkr38 reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.
4.3 Account Transfers. pkr38 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any interest in it to any other party.
5.1 Currency. All deposits and withdrawals on the pkr38 Platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr38 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. No currency conversion will be applied by pkr38.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. pkr38 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. pkr38 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount on pkr38 is Rs 100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. Applicable limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit to your pkr38 account, subject to KYC verification. pkr38 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
5.5 Processing Times. pkr38 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any required KYC verification. pkr38 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.6 No Money Laundering. The pkr38 Platform may not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. Where pkr38 suspects that funds deposited on the Platform represent the proceeds of criminal activity, pkr38 reserves the right to block withdrawals, close the account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
6.1 General. pkr38 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by pkr38 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. pkr38 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it where pkr38 has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has attempted to abuse the bonus system. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent, and colluding with other users to exploit promotions.
6.4 Welcome Bonus. The pkr38 welcome bonus is available to new registrants on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies. pkr38 reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
7.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the pkr38 Platform are subject to the rules applicable to the specific game or sports market in question, as published on the Platform. pkr38 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or where the odds or game outcome was affected by human error or system error.
7.2 Cricket Betting. pkr38 offers live and pre-match cricket betting markets including PSL (Pakistan Super League), international Test matches, T20I and ODI events, and other cricket competitions. All cricket bets are subject to pkr38's cricket-specific betting rules. pkr38 reserves the right to suspend or void markets at any time where integrity concerns arise.
7.3 Slot Games. All slot games available on pkr38 use certified random number generators (RNG). Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the relevant game information panel. Wins generated during a software malfunction are void.
7.4 Live Casino. Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played as presented by the live dealer. In the event of a technical disruption during a live casino game, the hand or round in progress at the time of the disruption may be voided. pkr38 will endeavour to resolve any disputed live casino round fairly and in accordance with applicable game rules.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. pkr38 reserves the right to apply maximum single-session or single-bet win limits across any game or betting market. Where such limits apply, they will be communicated within the relevant game or market information. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum will be reduced to the stated limit.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr38 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

9.1 Deposit Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your pkr38 account dashboard at any time. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
9.2 Session Reminders. pkr38 provides optional session time reminders that alert you when you have been logged in and active on the Platform for a defined period. These reminders can be configured from within your account settings.
9.3 Cooling-Off Periods. If you need a short break from gambling, you may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks from the pkr38 support team. During a cooling-off period, your account will be temporarily suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
9.4 Self-Exclusion. If you believe you have a problem with gambling, pkr38 strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion facility available within your account. Self-exclusion can be requested for a minimum period of 6 months or on a permanent basis. Once a self-exclusion is in place, pkr38 will take all reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new account during the exclusion period.
All content on the pkr38 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, interface design, and databases, is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr38 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkr38 Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, adapt, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of pkr38.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr38 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 pkr38 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or free from technical errors. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. pkr38 accepts no liability for any loss suffered as a result of Platform downtime.
11.3 pkr38's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkr38 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit pkr38's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
pkr38's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the pkr38 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
pkr38 collects personal data that is necessary for account registration, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, and the provision of support services. pkr38 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
All personal data held by pkr38 is protected in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and is stored with appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption in transit.
pkr38 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkr38 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active users via a notice posted on the Platform or via email to the address registered on your account.
Your continued use of the pkr38 Platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform immediately.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr38 holds its international gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between you and pkr38, you are encouraged to contact the pkr38 support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. pkr38 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under pkr38's gaming licence conditions.
pkr38 does not accept jurisdiction of any court in any country for the purposes of resolving disputes relating to this Agreement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
